Massage is the number one treatment today’s men request or will most likely try as a first-time spa-goer. Try incorporating aromatherapy into men’s’ massage by identifying their needs. Three top blends for filling these needs are ones that address muscle aches, tension, and soreness, as well remedies for stress and blends to address the state of mind. Muscle Recovery

This massage blend will help to address aching, sore, tired, and tense muscles, putting your male client back in the game!

2 oz. Grapeseed Oil (ESR7544)

1 TBS Arnica Oil (ESR7831) (optional)

8 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil (ESR7735)

4 drops Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil (ESR7713)

4 drops Sweet Thyme Essential Oil (ESR7779)

3 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil (ESR7758)

Blend essential oils then mix into carrier oils. Massage into muscles. Avoid cuts or open areas and do not use on the face or near the eyes. Avoid using on clients who are prone to circulation issues or are sensitive to any listed ingredients.

The Great Escape

No worries, no problems! There is a blend to alleviate the stress of the day, bringing your male clients minds and bodies back to balance. This 60-minute escape is sure to last for hours!

2 oz. Grapeseed Oil (ESR7544) or a carrier of your choice

10 drops Tangerine (ESR7774) or Sweet Orange (ESR7756) Essential Oils

5 drops Patchouli Essential Oil (ESR7757)

4 drops Vetivert Essential Oil (ESR7780)

4 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil (ESR7769)

Blend essential oils then mix into carrier oils. Massage into muscles. Avoid cuts or open areas and do not use on the face or near the eyes. Avoid using on clients who are prone to circulation issues or are sensitive to any listed ingredients. When using citrus oils, advise your guests to avoid direct sunlight and to use sunscreen, as citrus oils can cause photosensitivity.
