What to Do:

  • 1. When using the Massage Lotion, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or blend to customize the massage according to the needs of the client. Use product liberally.
  • 2. If the client has fairly dry skin or you wish to perform a deep tissue massage, use the Massage Balm instead of the Massage Lotion.
  • 3. If using the Massage Balm, allow the product to melt by rubbing your palms together and applying it to the area to be massaged. The product will always warm up on touch. You can also add an essential oil blend to the Massage Balm.
  • 4. Rub Tension Balm between your hands and use for inhalations before you begin the full massage.
  • 5. Continue the treatment per your spa's specifications.
  • 6. Use the Tension Balm on areas of muscular tightness, particularly in the shoulder and neck areas. Use the Joint Balm on areas of joint inflammation or pain.
